Megan and I don’t have cable. We have an Internet connection and that is where all our media comes from. We feel there’s no point paying for a big package so we can watch the 3 or 4 channels that might occasionally play something that we are interested in.
Enter Netflix.
Netflix is having some trouble getting the same distribution rights for new content that it does in the states. The upside to this is that a lot of old content is readily visible, including stuff that we grew up with like Seseme St, Babar, Heathcliff and Spiderman. Add to this our collection of Looney Tunes DVD’s we’re gonna get to share in Nugget’s childhood by sharing part of our own.
I’m kinda excited for that.
